Semillon
Hunter Valley style, with lemon citrus and straw aromas carrying
through to a fruit flavored palate. Perfect with seafood or a pre-dinner
drink.
Verdelho
Pale straw/green. Nose of marzipan, lime, apple, passion fruit and
melon. Good weight on palate. Lime quality to the fruit and acidity,
with a hint of butterscotch.
