Shiraz
Deep plum and berry
hues. The nose is, fresh ripe fruits, palate is med-full bodied with
blackberry, strawberry and cherry fruit flavors. Soft tannins with a
fairly long finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark ruby with rich and mellow complex fruit tunes. Aromas of plum,
spice, vanilla, cedar and a hint of oak. Ripe sweet fruit flavors,
med-body, light tannins and a long finish.
Merlot
Rich ruby-purple; berry, black cherry, vanilla, chocolate aromas.
Young and straight forward soft fruity flavors. Light body, young
tannins and a quick to a medium finish.
Pinot Noir
Med-deep ruby color. Raspberry and red cherry fruit, higher notes of
camphor, liquorice, mint and floral. Slight stalkiness, firm tanins.
Quite a long finish. |
